Since you have all bravely soldiered through the study of Ancient Greece and Rome, here’s a song to close out Unit Three that I think you might recognize. Let the haunting chants and thunderous drums stir up memories of narrow geography narrowing the odds in the Greco Persian wars, epic Athenian and Spartan rivalry, a giant porcupine-like Macedonian phalanx with 17 foot sarissas, enormous elephants marching down the Alpine slopes, and Germanic hordes charging against Roman legions!
