I thought you guys would appreciate this.

We learned about West African griots, storytellers who passed down history through song, and passed on the songs from father to son. The first video below shows a father and son team playing the Kora, a harp-like instrument commonly used by griots.

The second video shows a beautiful musical collaboration between Balleké Sissoko, a noted Malian kora player and Vincent Ségal, a French cellist.
