1. Read The Columbian Exchange article and complete The Columbian Exchange Chart.

2. Have your parent or guardian fill out the Parent Contact and Contract Form.

3. Have all of the following supplies by Wednesday

• Three-ring binder
• Pocket folder with three holes
• College ruled loose leaf paper
• 2 five-tab dividers (ten tabs total)
• Pens and pencils (required daily)
