Homework Day 2:
The Holocaust – HISTORY.com
Use the article on the holocaust to create a timeline of the escalation of the genocide from beginning to end. The timeline must be actually PLOTTED ON A TIMELINE, meaning events must be on a measured out timeline (like a number line), dots placed at the point of the year, and then a line drawn to the caption for that event. Events that are directly related to the Holocaust, the genocide itself, should be placed in boxes, whereas indirectly related events, like events in the war, should be placed in circles. While this could be done on one page of blank paper if you write small, it is recommended to do this across two pieces of paper. Use white printer paper, not loose leaf.
